Please note: we do not currently offer products online. We do carry thousands of  products in our store, including a wide range of supplements AND natural beauty products. ** Please note Air Shipments to remote areas have additional shipping charges. Shipping will be calculated once we receive your order & location. You will receive an e-mail with the total, including shipping charges and we’ll await your approval before shipping.

Delivery Standards
Orders are usually shipped the same day they are received. If you order before 2:00pm EST your order will usually leave the same day. We will ship your order once payment is verified.
Canada delivery time is 1-3 business days in Ontario and Quebec, and 2-5 business days in Western and Eastern Canada.  Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel.*

USA delivery time is 7-12 business days.  US orders are shipped by USPS via Canada Post Expedited Parcel airmail or surface.  Please note that Parcel Tracking does not apply to US shipments.

Delivery times to the U.S. can be unpredictable due to border security. Generally orders arrive within 7 - 12 days but can take up to 3 - 5 weeks. If the order takes longer than this, please contact us and we will investigate.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Back Orders If we are out of stock of any product(s) which you order, we will hold the order up to 5 business days if we expect the out of stock item(s) to arrive within that time. If it is not expected to arrive, we will ship the products that we have in stock to you and only charge you for those products plus the applicable shipping charge.

Green Shipping
In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that we pack orders in slightly used but perfectly clean shipping materials and boxes.

Our Guarantee and Return Policy
We distinguish ourselves not only by the products we sell, but with the service we provide. Foodsmiths, our suppliers, and our manufacturers, stand behind the products we sell, otherwise we won’t sell it.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please let us know, by e-mailing us at support@foodsmiths.com or by calling us toll free 1-877-366-3437 (locally 613-267-5409). We are available 8:30am to 5:30pm (Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday, Saturday 8-6 and 9-5 on Sundays.

Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 60 days from date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of the receipt is required for a refund.

Return the product with a copy of your receipt. You are responsible for the cost to return product to us unless we made an error in order processing or shipping or the product was defective. We will pay to ship the replacement product to you, or other products of equal value. If you prefer a refund, we will contact you to get your credit card number to credit your account.  Refunds are only granted to customers who enclose receipts. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not and will not loan, sell, or share your email address or personal information.
